There are three items which effect nearly every decision made throughout the design process: Cost, Quality, and Schedule. Only through careful planning can these be addressed in advance. Careful planning will ultimately result in a smooth and efficient running project. It is my ultimate goal to contribute my expertise as early in the project as possible.

A key to making any project run smoothly is how Project Management is harnessed, and made an integral part of the development and execution of trades, design, architecture, and communicating time commitments and tasks with the team and the client.
